Dr. Cindy Griffin
Cindy Griffin (PhD Indiana University) is a professor in the Department of Communication Studies and member of the Women’s Studies Affiliate Faculty. Her research focuses on rhetorical and feminist theories, invitational rhetoric, and civility. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in contemporary rhetorical theories, feminist theories, women’s studies, rhetoric and civility, women and communication, and communication, language and thought. She is the editor of the journal, Women’s Studies in Communication, the Second Vice President of Western States Communication Association, and the Co-Chair of CSU’s Women’s Studies Executive Board.
