Neely is an Academic Success Coordinator working with students in Communications Studies and Sociology. In 2019, she received an AP Star Award, and in 2023, she received the Jack E. Cermak Outstanding Advisor Award.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Arts in English with an emphasis in Creative Nonfiction Writing from Colorado State University. Neely has also pursued credits in the Musical Theatre field. She has performed in CSU productions The Wolves (Fall 2022) and Machinal (Spring 2023).

In her free time, Neely enjoys seeing live music, reading, and crocheting. Her favorite artists are Taylor Swift and Walk the Moon. Her favorite genres to read are rom-coms, mystery, and fantasy. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Landen and toddler Goldie.
