Biography

Tamanda Chabvuta is a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Center for Public Deliberation. She holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from New Mexico State University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities from the University of Malawi. Her research interests center on organizational communication, specifically, the organizational efforts of food justice movements. She hopes to bridge her insights on storytelling, community engagement, difference, and intercultural communication with scholarship on Southern Africa.
