Eliza Chew (she/her/hers) earned her B.A. and M.A. in Communication Studies at Colorado State University. In pursuing her Master’s degree, she focused on Organizational Communication researching resilience and resistance within individual employees. She subsequently worked as the Operations Manager for the Communication Studies department, specifically in the areas of finance, human resources, and scheduling—serving students, faculty, and staff in their personal and educational goals. She is now working as a Finance Manager in CLA Dean’s Office Finance Hub for the Economics, Political Science, and Communication Studies departments and is thrilled to continue serving the College of Liberal Arts and its operational excellence.
