I hope all is well on this gorgeous day after Thanksgiving. I was privileged to see so many pictures of you and your families enjoying yesterday’s festivities.
For me yesterday included breakfast with Elizabeth and my parents in Walla Walla and then traveling home from Eastern Washington through Salt Lake City to DIA and then home. Airports are very quiet on Thanksgiving! I loved my time with mom and dad over the first part of the week. I made an early T-Day meal with the requisite fake meat loaf that is part of my religious heritage, apple pie, salted caramel brownies, sweet potatoes, peas, rolls, and of course mashed potatoes. Yum!
The potato is an amazing vegetable; don’t you think? Mashed. Fried. Baked. Roasted. Hashed. Steamed. Saladed (not a verb, right?).
Have a great rest of your weekend!
Yours,
Greg
